The Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation proudly continues the annual Internal Grants Program with its 12th year of funding utilizing the Foundation’s Endowment. The deadline to UPLOAD the completed forms and fill out your application is April 5, 2024, at midnight. Hardcopy/printed proposals will no longer be accepted.

  3. Print the Approval Form and obtain signatures from your Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Applications without a signed Approval Form will not be considered.
