DISCOUNT CARD
We love our CHF Discount Card — and we think you will too!
Exclusively for guests of Foundation Fashion Night, the CHF Discount Card unlocks special savings at a variety of participating restaurants, shops, and boutiques throughout our community.
The CHF Discount Card will be given out at Foundation Fashion Night on October 21, 2026 — a night you won’t want to miss!
Cardholders can enjoy valuable discounts at our wonderful community partner locations (listed below).
- Special exclusions may apply at the discretion of each partner.
- Discounts do not apply to restaurant orders delivered through third-party services.
- The card is valid through December 2030.
We hope the CHF Discount Card brings great savings — and even greater experiences — to you and your family. Thank you for supporting the Foundation, our hospital, and our community!
