The Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation proudly continues the annual Internal Grants Program with its 13th year of funding, utilizing the Foundation’s Endowment. The deadline to UPLOAD the completed forms and complete your application is September 28, 2026, at midnight. Hardcopy/printed proposals will no longer be accepted.

  2. Complete both forms and save.
  3. Print the Approval Form and obtain signatures from your Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Applications without a signed Approval Form will not be considered.
  4. Return to this webpage and click the APPLY NOW button below to complete the application. You will upload the Budget and Approval forms in the Attachments Section of the Application.
