The Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation proudly continues the annual Internal Grants Program with its 12th year of funding, utilizing the Foundation’s Endowment. The deadline to UPLOAD the completed forms and complete your application is September 26, 2025, at midnight. Hardcopy/printed proposals will no longer be accepted.

- Print the Approval Form and obtain signatures from your Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Applications without a signed Approval Form will not be considered.
- Return to this webpage and click the APPLY NOW button below to complete the application. You will upload the Budget and Approval forms in the Attachments Section of the Application.

With the approved funding from its growing endowment fund this year, the Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation has now awarded over $2.3 million in Internal Grants awards to Atrium Health Cabarrus since its inception in 2013.
