The Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation proudly continues the annual Internal Grants Program with its 14th year of funding utilizing the Foundation’s Endowment. The deadline to UPLOAD the completed forms and fill out your application is September 26, 2025, at midnight. Hardcopy/printed proposals will no longer be accepted.

- Print the Approval Form and obtain signatures from your Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Applications without a signed Approval Form will not be considered.
- Return to this webpage and click the APPLY NOW button below to complete the application. You will upload the Budget and Approval forms in the Attachments Section of the Application.
