Physician Award Nominations

Since 2013 we have honored our outstanding physicians with the Lillibridge Outstanding Physician Award. Beginning in 2024, we added a second award, the Rising Star Physician Award. Both awards have the same requirements with tenure being the only distinguishing factor. Now, YOU have the opportunity to let your voice be heard. Nominate the physician you think best exhibits these traits. The winners will be announced at our Annual Gala in 2026.

NOMINEE CRITERIA

  • Demonstrates leadership and service at Atrium Health Cabarrus.
  • Supports the Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation with their time, talents, and treasures.
  • Is actively engaged in the local community that Atrium Health Cabarrus supports including Cabarrus, Stanly, Rowan, and surrounding counties.
  • Demonstrates clinical excellence and provides exemplary patient care.
  • Demonstrates measurable contributions to clinical service at Atrium Health Cabarrus.
  • Is admired and respected by colleagues, patients, and staff.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions.
  • Demonstrates a commitment and enthusiasm for the advancement of healthcare in our community.

The nominee must have been a physician on the medical staff at Atrium Health Cabarrus for 15 years or more.

The nominee must have been a physician on the medical staff at Atrium Health Cabarrus between 3 and 10 years.
