1937 Society
Planned gifts can result in immediate or delayed income to Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation. While many planned gifts designated to Cabarrus Healthcare Foundation benefit endowment, it is truly the donor’s choice as to what area of the hospital to support. Creating these ultimate gifts of support, places donors into a special group known as the 1937 Society.
Planned gifts and charitable bequests are legacy investments that support the wonderful care given at Atrium Health Cabarrus in perpetuity through wills, cash, equity or property.

1937 SOCIETY
The ultimate gifts of support are those gifts designed to leave a legacy to Atrium Health Cabarrus. These are estate gifts, provided through wills and trusts. Those who choose to do so and notify our Foundation become members of the 1937 Society. With permission, their names are displayed on the Foundation Wall of Honor.
“Including the Foundation in my estate planning was an easy decision. It’s personally important for me to give back to the community. I believe in having quality health care that’s close to home and accessible to everyone. I chose the Foundation as a beneficiary because it’s well managed, assures that my gift stays local and helps meet future health care needs.”
